This office building has a service core set at one end of the building with uninterrupted floor space occupying the remaining form. Floors are set in groups of four storeys, with a sky garden at each of the four storey intervals that extends through the full height of the building. The facades are in twin wall configuration, accommodating service modules and breakout spaces; a mixture of service and activity functions in a deep wall build-up.
