This project is one of the smallest designs undertaken by Newtecnic and comprises largely a small scale-building built, effectively, as a large piece of furniture. The building is primarily a communications building for a corporate campus. The design is driven primarily by the electronic equipment and space for staff that operate that equipment. The mechanical, electrical and electronic equipment was required to be externally mounted for ease of ease of access, the internal spaces are largely a raised space surrounded by the equipment it serves. The building houses a low height mast with its own enclosure provided for those who maintain the device.
