Projects where Newtecnic provides Full Architecture and Engineering Design
Shown here are selected projects from Newtecnic's catalogue of more than 200 projects.
The projects encompass a wide range of building types, climates and locations. Developed for real sites, clients and commercial opportunities, they demonstrate Newtecnic's architectural approach in its most complete form. In some cases projects did not proceed to construction. In others, subsequent procurement, contractor-led redesign or changing project requirements resulted in substantially different outcomes.
Together they illustrate an approach to architecture in which structure, environmental performance, material behaviour, fabrication and construction are developed as interdependent systems. Their coherence derives not from a shared visual style, but from a consistent method through which architectural, engineering and construction knowledge are brought together within a single design process.
